A streamer goes from unranked to Master in 60 hours without sleeping

A Brazilian streamer achieved Master after grinding for 60 hours non-stop with no sleep throughout that period.

Nicklink, a Brazilian Jax player and streamer, is not the first to try a rank challenge from unranked to Master or Challenger. However, most content producers view this trip as a marathon rather than a sprint, with the average rise to the top ranks taking weeks. Nicklink chose to ‘speedrun’ the rank, attaining Master in an absurdly short amount of time.

Streamer Nicklink reaches Master in 60 hours

On Friday, March 11, he set a challenge that consisted of getting from unranked to Master in solo queue in a single stream. Nicklink took a total of 60 hours and 31 minutes to finish the run.

Nicklink began his placement games live and continues to stream his progress through the ranks. The account he used was suitably called “O Desafio,” which translates to “The Challenge” in Brazilian Portuguese. It was an intense challenge, with Nicklink refusing to sleep or switch off the livestream until he reached Master.

During his stream, Nicklink played 90 solo queue matches, 75 of which he shared with his main champion, Jax. According to OP.GG, the Brazilian streamer ended the streak with a 78% win rate, and in addition to Jax, he also played with other duelist champions such as Tryndamere, Fiora, and Irelia.

Fans on Reddit congratulated Nicklink on his achievement while also hoping he had enough rest after three days of live.
