In early August 5, TFT Patch 10.16 is released with many changes in traits, units and galaxies!
Chasing traits and 3-star champions, along with minor tweaks for the stability of the meta, are the focus of TFT Patch 10.16.
Patch 10.16 includes a few new Little Legends, featuring 1-star Spirit Blossoms versions of Hushtail, Melisma, and Pengu. Heading into Teamfight Tactics Patch 10.17, most of the Riot dev teams are taking some time off for the first week of patch 10.16. This means patch 10.17 will be minor with a few tweaks and patch 10.18 will be the next full patch.

New Galaxy: Salvage World – When you sell a champion, any completed items they were holding are broken down into their components.

Attack Damage Multiplier: 70% ⇛ 75%
Statikk Shiv
Primary Damage: 90 ⇛ 85
Now does an additional 85 True Damage if the target has a shield or is CC’d.
Sword Breaker
Chance to Disarm: 25% ⇛ 33%
Traits
While not technically just a trait, the mana reave effect (cost increase of target’s next spell cast) from Ezreal, Shroud of Stillness, and Mana-Reaver reduced from 40% ⇛ 30%.

Attack Speed Gains: 8/3.5/1.5/0.75 ⇛ 8/3/1/0.5 seconds
Infiltrators
Jump time is now fixed at 0.6 seconds (this means putting Infiltrators on the front line will no longer get them to the back line faster)
