Neeko is the next rework for League of Legends, one of the major updates, but it has all been postponed while Riot finalizes its changes. Riot is hard at work on a new mid-scope update for League of Legends, which will also include new champion releases. Season 12 is coming to a close, and Riot wants to do a few more things with Syndra and Neeko.
However, Neeko does not fit into League of Legends and has yet to find a place in the meta. Neeko is a mid-lane mage and support, but her clones don’t deliver what everyone expected, causing her character to fall flat and be difficult to use.
Even though Neeko has her own issues, there are still many players who play as her, with her character having a fanbase of 2.7% and a win rating of 51%…
Despite the fact that the mains continue to rely on her, it isn’t really enough for her.
In August, developer Ryan Mireles stated that they want to refresh champions who aren’t living up to the expectations of the players who love them. Rather than reinventing it, they try to strengthen their fantasy.
“We saw a tremendous response to these projects and healthy play rate spikes following their release.” We intend to continue pursuing mid-scope updates, and we already have a few champions in mind, including Neeko.”
The rework for Neeko is still in the works, which is unfortunate for players who are eager to play the updates made to her. On October 11, another developer using the handle “Phlox” on Twitter informed players that the Curious Chameleon mid-scope update is “still a little while out because the strongest tomatoes take the longest to ripen.” “We want to make Neeko as Neeko as possible and even more fun for Neeko fans,” Phlox added. Everything was vague, but it was better than nothing.
For the time being, this is all we know about the mid-scope update and when it will be available for players to experience and play.
