A recent video on Youtube went viral when this Youtuber, ‘Wofious’ created a video of him playing full AP Zac.
Since his debut in 2013, Zac has been a popular League of Legends champion. With the ability to engage in team fight very effectively and to having strong CC skills, his kit is extremely unusual.
Yesterday, YouTuber Wolfious showed off a Zac build that emphasizes AP burst, eschewing the League of Legends champion’s tanky style in favor of more one-shot potential. The video combines a highlight reel with an instructional tutorial that explains how the build path works and which itemization is optimal.
Zac one-shot build
The build lets you to rapidly delete enemies while they’re knocked up, rather than engaging and taking damage as a normal Zac player would do. Zac’s ability to slingshot himself from a vast distance means his opponents won’t even see him approaching. Players can utilize his Let’s Bounce! ultimate and Night Harvester’s movement speed buff to get away from the team fight because he won’t be so tanky.
Items
Night Harvester is the most recommended Mythic item in this build. Along with that, players will want to go Sorcerer’s Shoes, Deathcap, Void Staff, Horizon Focus or Mejai’s for maximum damage that will allow you to one-shot anyone.
Depends on which scenario your team is playing against, building a much more tanky items like Liandry’s Anguish and Rylai’s Crystal Scepter is also recommended.
Runestones
Dark Harvest is the most essential keystone you will want to pick for extra burst in the late game. Sudden Impact for some magic pen when he leaps towards enemies, and Eyeball Collection for even more damage. Triump and Coup de Grace will work perfectly with Dark Harvest as the secondary rune.
According to Wofious, they’ve tested this build against many Diamond-ranked players in the EUW and EUNE regions, and they’ve performed extremely well against these high-elo players, as well as having loads of fun.
Although this new build may make you very squishy, it’s always entertaining to jump on top of your enemies and watch their health bars vanish.
