Top 5 URF champions to pick in League 2022

The reintroduction of the game’s ever-popular game mode, URF, coincided with the debut of the Worlds 2022 event in League of Legends

Ultra Rapid Fire is a rotating game mode that was released on April Fools’ Day a few years back. Since then, it has become one of the community’s favorite game modes, and everyone looks forward to it whenever it appears. But what makes URF so unique?

URF simply implies that champions have nearly no cooldown and continuous mana, allowing them to spam their abilities repeatedly. Some champions are even perfect for such a chaotic and crazy atmosphere. We’ll be looking at some of the top URF champions League of Legends has to offer today.

Top 5 URF champions

Veigar

Veigar is one of the game’s most powerful mages. He does a lot of damage, but his threat rises tremendously thanks to his capacity to scale his power indefinitely.

Veigar obtains one additional AP for every enemy champion struck by any of his abilities.  Veigar gains five AP for every kill or assist. As you might expect, being able to spam abilities fast and without limitations in URF allows Veigar to swiftly build this enormous passive advantage, making him perhaps the best damage dealer in League of Legends in the late stages of a URF game.

For this, The Master of Evil has become an URF classic.

Shaco

Is this the most powerful champion in URF? Not at all, but by far the most enjoyable. Any champion could be the second most unpleasant character in URF since Shaco exists. At higher stages, the jester may stay invisible for virtually the whole game, leaving his irritating traps that scare the unlucky enemy who tries to find him.

Shaco excels in League of Legends’ jungle, as he can rapidly dispatch neutral monsters. When ganking, Shaco sneaks up behind his opponents while remaining unseen, placing traps on their backs for when they try to flee. At level 6, the nightmare begins, as Shaco may send his clones to attack and cause terror among his enemies, since if he is destroyed, he deals significant damage.

Players can build AP or AD for him, as whatever build path you choose, your enemies will still be terrified.

Fizz

Fizz, who is as entertaining as he is powerful, is widely regarded as one of the most potent anti-mage assassins in the mid-lane. The little fish is simple to use but tough to master. Fizz is one of the few assassins who can do heavy damage, destroy opponents, and flee without receiving damage, making him a terrifying opponent.

When confronted with URF, the tidal hooligan is an adept at avoiding the relentless attacks of whoever is in his way with his E. He is also a master at eliminating a single opponent in less time than we believe with his regular combination, which has mass damage and can be used continually in this manner.

Jax

In URF, Jax deals a lot of damage and is considered as highly painful. He will always jump toward the target and use Jump and Smash to deliver damage (Q). He also blocks while using Counterattack (E) to evade the hit and counterattack with damage, stunning the opponent. Furthermore, the ability Master (R) will assist Jax in increasing his magic resist and armor. With him, you won’t have to worry about the duel or accepting 2, 3, or even the entire enemy team.

Zed

Of course, Zed has always been the heavyweight king of URF. Choose him quickly if the other team does not ban him! Because if you don’t, you’ll almost certainly have him on your side. With his long-range strikes, the ninja may infinitely poke his line opponents. A t level 6, he may fully annihilate the enemies with his ultimate, allowing him to maximize the effectiveness of his combo.

Another significant advantage Zed has in URF is the ability to completely control the line with his shadow game, which has virtually no cooldown. This allows him to misuse his double Shuriken without worrying about running out of energy.
