In the opening Play-In round of Worlds 2022, Twitch celebrity Tyler “Tyler1” Steinkamp criticized Evil Geniuses’ performance and declared, “I’m going to puke.”
The European team Fnatic defeated Evil Geniuses in their opening match of Worlds 2022 in a really devastating way.
The LCS club is hoping to advance through the Play-Ins and truly contend for the championship at Worlds for the first time, but in order to do so, they will need to defeat a lot of the tough competition in the first round, and unfortunately for them, that battle began with a significant loss.
As the match was happening, Twitch streamer Tyler1 had some harsh comments for EG.
EG had a bad performance during Worlds 2022
On September 29, the streamer was present when EG lost to Fnatic in the first round of a match that didn’t even last 30 minutes.
They can’t frontline, Tyler criticized EG’s pick. Due to their devotion to Lux, they are blind. If you don’t pick the Lux first, there’s a chance they won’t automatically lock Leona; instead, they might choose Lulu or another option. Lux is then genuinely beneficial.
Moments later, Fnatic widens its already commanding lead as EG’s mid-laner Jojopyun is ambushed in a side lane and slain. Tyler yelled, “I’m going to throw up, bro. I’m going to puke”
Tyler was dissatisfied with EG’s results as well as the way they assembled their roster.
Moments later, while still insisting that “streaming is the hardest job on the earth,” he even fell asleep on his couch in the middle of the show.
