Wild Rift: Riot shares 4 hand Yoga exercises for fans

Fearing that players may become stressed from playing too much, Wild Rift has provided an exceptionally efficient method to help them rest their hands.

Recently, League of Legends: Wild Rift has revealed four basic hand exercises based on the Qigong method mixed with the Yoga muscle relaxation method, which will assist players’ hand muscles rest after some hard Wild Rift fights. This practice is especially beneficial for people who must hold the phone or type on the keyboard for extended periods of time.

The wrist stretch

The exercise starts by matching up the fingertips of both your hands, then push the palms together. Finally, lower both hands down while keeping the elbows in place, hold the position for 15 seconds then repeat.

The peaceful thumb touch

Because the thumb muscle is quite important in adjusting the strength of the grip, many mobile gamers often have problems with thumb muscles when holding the phone for a long time. This exercise will not only help your hand recover by stretching your tendons but also make your thumb muscles stronger. Touch the tips of your index, middle, ring, and pinky fingers, respectively, to the tips of your thumbs. If other fingers cannot reach the thumb tip, they must still be kept straight with the wrist to avoid incorrect posture. There may be some people who will have difficulty reaching the thumb with their ring or pinky fingers, just practice gradually to get used to the posture and you will soon feel comfortable.

The wide stretch

This exercise is quite easy, you just need to do it continuously in the order of 3 movements: holding your hand straight, stretching all the fingers, and making a fist. Repeat these movements 10 times, holding 20 seconds for each rep will help you feel your hands are stretched and more comfortable after your Wild Rift match.
