Edward Gaming will receive Worlds 2021 Championship rings live on LPL stream

Edward Gaming is finally getting their Worlds 2021 rings

The winners of the 2021 League of Legends World Championship, Edward Gaming and its 2021 lineup, will get their rings to honor their victory tonight on League of Legends Pro League broadcast at 6 pm.

The lineup for EDG’s 2021 Worlds run is presently unchanged, therefore the complete team will go to the LPL stage before the matches begin. Each member will receive a custom-fitted ring with the player’s name and the Edward Gaming carved on it. LoL Esports and Mercedes-Benz collaborated on the design of these Worlds rings.

Each ring handed to EDG for the 2021 Worlds will be crafted of 18-karat white gold. It will comprise a sapphire gem with a single diamond encircled by an engraving of the Summoner’s hands from the game. Leo Lin, Vice President and Head of China Riot Games, and Naz Aletaha, Global Head of LoL Esports, will give the prizes to the players in person and remotely.

After entering the championship as China’s number 1 seed, EDG defeated DWG KIA (who won the last World Championship in 2020) 3-2, and when they won Worlds 2021, supporters around China and online expressed their joy.

Saturday is the second-to-last day of the LPL Week 6, and EDG will play against Top Esports. With a 7-2 record, the Worlds 2021 champions are now third in the LPL rankings.
