K/DA – POP/Stars Minecraft Style MV released by a youtube channel called EnchantedMob has attracted nearly 500.000 views in just 1 week.
At 25th May, this masterpiece was released (I believe the amount of work they put in is insane) and it has received lots of loves from the community since then. Will this become a popular trend in the future?
If you’re still wondering what’s this MV about: the content is basiclly the orginal KD/A – POP/STARS made by Riot but everything in it are Minecraft. The views’re still growing steadily and its creativity is highly rated by the community. EnchantedMob youtube channel always surprises people with their contents and K/DA – POP/STARS is not the exception. If this Minecraft Style MV was released much sooner it might be able to catch up with the amount of viewership that the orignial MV had (the MV riot made was released 1 year ago).
K/DA – POP/STARS is the promotion song for the 2018 League of Legends World Championship. The single became popular with one of the fastest viewership records for its music video on Youtube. Soyeon, Miyeon and Jaira Burns provided vocals for the songs and represented: Akali, Ahri, Evelynn and Kai’Sa. After the premiered, this song bumped up to the top 100 of more than 20 countries in the world, achieving top 1 of the US World Digital Songs (Billboard), top 1 on Google Play Top Songs, top 1 on Itunes K-Pop charts, etc. The MV itself even won an award hosted by ShortyAwards. Not only this project created such a huge impact inside the League Of Legend community by various deepening engagement for players, as it provides opportunities for them to better understand the LOL Universe, who their favorite characters are, though creative media and an in-game event to gain some precious hextech loots but it’s also one of the best commercial projects they ever made. K/DA – POP/STARS generated significant earned media coverage worldwide with over 376 unique news. The outstanding successful of K/DA was why Riot created True Damage (the second band) afterward, also featured by a lot of famous singers in real life. It also marked a landmark collaboration, between Riot and Louis Vulton, creating 2 skins Qiyana True Damage Prestige and Senna True Damage Prestige which both of them received their outfit designed by LV.
Minecraft – created by a Swedish Markus “Notch” Persson and developed by Mojang has created a phenomenon all around the world. There aren’t any limits in Minecraft, creating, building structure by using any combination of blocks, the only limit is the users’s creativity. Tons of replay value, thousands of game mods, lots of interesting game mode and still adding more have proven the successful of an already-well-known giant of the gaming industry.
