New Briar teasers have been datamined and released ahead of the champion’s release.
Briar is the game’s 165th champion and the next champion to join League of Legends. The champion had previously been labelled as a “hangry jungler” by the developers. So it was previously assumed that Briar would be a vampire-type champion.
Aside than that, we didn’t have much to go on with except for some unofficial leaks.
League of Legends Briar full teaser phases leaked
Briar has been teased for a while up to her release, with much of her kit even got leaked beforehand of her initial release date and players even dubbed her as “better Warwick”.
Her splash art also got leaked and it even lived up to its reputation and created a splash on social media with foot fetish and stuff.
Following that, a teaser menu began to appear in the client, revealing four Phases of teaser videos. SkinSpotlights revealed all of the Phases in a video after Phase 2 was launched today.
There are four phases in all, and the video above shows all of them. However, as SkinSpotlights mentions at the beginning of the movie, all phases are interactive. As a result, the video does not represent the complete experience, and it is advisable to test it out with the League client.
Phase 1
In phase 1, by the looks of it, this is a dungeon corridor. Briar’s whistling may be heard all over the hallway.
Phase 2
Phase 2 places the camera in front of the door and allows you to interact with stuff. Briar may be seen whistling and strolling back and forth in her cell. She also starts talking out the door at random.
Briar tries to attract someone, as shown in the video. There are also some hunger references, as well as a lot of pacing switching between scenes.
Phase 3
Phase 3 is the most extensive, as it contains the most information. In addition, you get a close-up look at Briar. She whistles often and performs a lot of movement.
Briar also occasionally approaches the door. In the teaser, she has a scary feel in some ways, and she makes several references to getting closer and not eating.
Phase 4
In Phase 4, you witness Briar make her escape from her incarceration, followed by a damaged door.
