League of Legends: Players suggested new Honor Queue to deal with Toxicity

League of Legends is a rather toxic game, with even some of its most prominent players being called out for their constant in-game negative and toxic behaviour. With such an environment, it doesn’t appear like there will be a significant shift in mentality very soon.

However, one user on League of Legends Reddit has given some recommendations on how to improve behaviour and make the honour system truly mean anything.

New Honor Queue suggested to improve League of Legends

User squeezy102 posted a viral Reddit post in which they described various improvements that may be applied to improve League of Legends gameplay and player behaviour in-game.

With the game’s situation deteriorating, they stated that it’s past time to make the honour system matter. While obtaining a border and other rewards are wonderful, there is no real motivation to play well and honour someone.

That is why it was recommended that Honour Queue be added to League of Legends. This implies that higher honour level players will be queuing together.

By incorporating this into the queuing system, players with higher honour levels are more likely to play with others of the same honour level, potentially improving playability and pleasure.

This would also give the honour system more significance and motivate players to acquire more honour in the future since they will have better teammates. Of course, this is only a Reddit proposal, but it may be an excellent one. The real question is whether it will work.

In the past, players have suggested many ways of implementing different kinds of feature in order to reduce toxicity within League of Legends. One way was to increase the Honor 5 rewards.

They believed that Riot might design a skin for a champion utilised by the most toxic players (such as Yasuo) and offer it as an award for Honour 5. This would assist to lessen toxicity while also raising the monetary worth of the reward.
