League Patch 13.1b notes: ADC changes, delayed Ahri ASU, and more

Riot Games has announced that League of Legends Patch 13.1B (previously Patch 13.2) is now available on all servers globally

Players may anticipate the typical changes to League with the release of this patch, including balance adjustments and system changes. Many of the more substantial updates that were supposed to deploy with Patch 13.2 were pushed out to a later date, which is why Riot elected to change the title of this patch and make it more of a “micropatch” classification.

Patch 13.2 was supposed to bring key pieces of content, including the entire Ahri ASU and a slew of buffs for Annie. The adjustments that did make it into the live servers with today’s update include champion nerfs and buffs, as well as buffs to specific ADCs.
