League Patch 13.8 Full-Preview: Buffs and Nerfs, Meta Changes, Release date, and more

Riot Games has listed all of the intended buffs and nerfs champions in League of Legends Patch 13.8, and some of them may benefit as a consequence

Patch 13.7 sought to shake up the whole jungle meta in professional play by nerfing all top-tier junglers and other champions. As a result, there will be more buffs than nerfs in Patch 13.8. This will be the MSI patch as well.

Riot developer Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison released the complete list of planned changes on Twitter.

Some champions may become player favourites in the following update cycle and during the 2023 Mid-Season Invitational 2023, which will be contested on this patch, as a result of these modifications.

System adjustments

Cosmic Drive

• Ability Power: 90 >>> 100,
• New passive: Dealing damage generates a stack of 2.5% MS every 1.5 seconds for the next 5 seconds, up to 10% at 4 stacks. At max stacks, gain an additional 10% MS (20% total).

It’s difficult to estimate the result of all of them combined, and Riot devs are most likely treading carefully owing to Patch 13.8 being an MSI patch. League Patch 13.8 will be available on live servers on April 19.
