League PBE: Zeri can travel the entire Summoner’s Rift in 0,3s

The power of Zeri stunned the whole League community

A few days ago, Riot released information about the appearance as well as the skill set of a new champion Zeri. This is a new marksman champion, coming from Zaun and the skillset revolves around electric sparks.

However, the most prominent aspect of this champion is her extraordinarily high mobility, particularly in her ultimate – Lightning Crash. After using the ability, Zeri gains 3 Overcharge stacks for each enemy hit for 6s and gains 2% movement speed for each stack. During this period, if Zeri continues to attack the opponent, 1 stack and 2 seconds will be added to the stack’s usage time.

In reality, this is the mechanism that will allow her to become a highly strong “speed hack” champion in League. A combat will often last approximately 15-20 seconds, or more, counting the time it takes to start fighting and attacking the enemy until one side wins outright. She can achieve extremely fast movement speeds even when the Overcharge is constantly piling up.

According to a video posted by Vandiril, Zeri can move from one fountain to the other in 0.3 seconds at a maximum level of Overcharge of approximately 7k.

Of course, this “speed hack” can only be used in the PBE, since it will be difficult for her to freely rack up such a large stack in actual matches. It is, however, absolutely typical to be able to increase the number of stacks over 10 during combat. And, at a reasonable level, Zeri may have been able to move several times faster than a normal ADC.

In the near future, the Spark of Zaun will officially debut at Summoner’s Rift, and she will undoubtedly shake up League with her skill set.
