From a reliable source, information on Aurelion Sol Reworked was leaked as part of Riot’s secret project
For the last few days, there have been rumors and even confirmations about a ‘mystery project’ was in the work as Riot Reav3 stated in a comment on Reddit. Some even might say that the project was even related to the new exclusive skin or recall VFX.
There was also a rumor of one secret rework in the last two years, and then it was canceled. Now, after some clarification, it appears like another is on the way, and it may be everyone’s favorite cosmic champion. Here’s everything we know so far regarding the rumored of reworked Aurelion Sol.
Aurelion Sol Reworked leaked
A champion with one of the lowest pick rate in the entire games, few skins, and who has been mostly overlooked by Riot Games since its beginning was absent. Below is a video that explains how this prospective Aurelion Sol rework was leaked and what it may signify since, according to the dev team, this will not be an ordinary VGU.
It all started when Big Bad Bear, one of League’s most reliable leaker, posted a retweet of one of Reav3 comments on the mystery project that the company hasn’t done before. The head title of the retweet was only ‘Aurelion Sol. Bye’, claiming that the project is a revamp of A Sol.
Then again, according to the video above, tons of Aurelion Sol main were invited by Riot to tested out the changes.
“And one last piece of information that Lag.vn wants to mention that will probably make many gamers happy, it is a complete remake for general Aurelion Sol when Riot Games is starting to invite a player. Some streamers love Aurelion Sol testing and playing the new version of this champion. In terms of preliminary information, skills will be changed including (Q) Nebula Sphere and (W) Galactic Opening will be completely changed, while (E) Time Travel will be left unchanged. .”
According to the video, his lore will remain the same, as will his Q, but that’s about it. If this leak is true, it’s difficult to see how it could signify more than a VGU adjustment. Almost every VGU champion has had their entire kit redesigned. Volibear, for example, had almost everything dismantled and rebuilt from the ground up.
Whatever Riot Games has in store for the Star Forger, it will undoubtedly be intriguing.
