Jinx might be getting a new Arcane-themed Legendary Skin
One of the most eagerly awaited and highly discussed of 2024 is undoubtedly the second season of Arcane. Following the success of Season 1, the excitement and anticipation surrounding the second season have reached a fever pitch.
The first season captivated audiences with its exceptional storytelling, well-developed characters, stunning visuals, impressive music, and outstanding sound design. With Season 2, Riot Games aims to recapture the magic that made the first season such a hit.
Just as they did with the release of the first season, Riot is planning to launch a new wave of Arcane-themed skins for League of Legends to coincide with the show’s return. There have already been leaks suggesting that Vi will be getting a legendary skin tied to Arcane. However, recent leaks have also hinted that Jinx will be receiving a legendary skin as well.
Jinx’s Legendary Skin
While rumors have been circulating about Vi’s upcoming legendary Arcane skin, it seems Jinx will be joining her in receiving a special skin for the second season of Arcane. This would mark her second legendary skin in League of Legends.
According to a recent video by well-known leaker Big Bad Bear, the model for Jinx’s new Arcane-themed legendary skin has been revealed.
The visuals of the new skin appear to be closely tied to Arcane Season 2, showcasing some noticeable changes in Jinx’s appearance. In this skin, Jinx sports a shorter hairstyle compared to her look in Season 1, and her signature Fishbone rocket launcher has also undergone a redesign. Additionally, her outfit has been updated to reflect a new style, differing significantly from her Season 1 costume.
Release Date
Although Riot Games has not yet announced an official release date for the skin, there is speculation regarding its arrival. Based on the current patch schedule, it is expected that the new Arcane-themed Jinx skin will be released around Patch 14.23 or Patch 14.24. These patches are set to go live on November 20, 2024, and December 11, 2024, respectively, so players can likely expect the skin to drop sometime within that window.
