With the release of Arcane Season 2, fans of League of Legends can look forward to an exciting addition: a new legendary Arcane skin for Jayce.
Back in 2021, Riot Games launched Arcane. The series is based on the regions of Piltover and Zaun, featuring popular characters like Vi, Jinx, Jayce, Ekko, and Heimerdinger.
To celebrate and promote the show, Riot organized a variety of in-game and real-world collaborations. For instance, in League of Legends, Riot released a series of themed missions tied to the show. By completing these missions, players could unlock special Arcane-inspired skins at no extra cost. These skins included Arcane versions of Jayce, Vi, Jinx, and Caitlyn.
During the initial release of Arcane Season 1, Riot did something similar by adding exclusive skins to League of Legends as part of the show’s promotion. The same approach is being taken for Season 2, where a new wave of Arcane-themed skins is coming to the game. The first legendary skin announced in this batch was Arcane Brawler Vi, giving players a fresh look at Vi in her Arcane style.
Riot has now confirmed that a second wave of Arcane skins is on its way to League of Legends. Among this new group of skins, the highlight is a legendary Arcane skin for Jayce, allowing players to experience his character in a style closely tied to the show.
Riot has hinted at the new Jayce skin but hasn’t officially shown it yet to avoid revealing any Season 2 spoilers. Once Riot releases the full details, players will be able to get a closer look at Jayce’s new look and any other additions to the skin lineup.
