Riot has been extremely erratic in 2023, and this isn’t slowing down in League of Legends Patch 13.12
Patch 13.11 was a follow-up to various League of Legends problems. Many champion and item changes were introduced in that patch. However, it did not make a significant difference in terms of powerful champions.
As a result, based on the patch preview, patch 13.12 will be a pretty large patch. There are several champion buffs and nerfs, champion adjustments, as well as item adjustments. Patch 13.12 will bring a lot of changes. Despite the setbacks, the balancing team was able to provide the correct preview.
