Riot Phroxzon teased upcoming 12.14 changes, the last set of major ones sans World’s balances
This patch will focus on pro scene balance, with focus on healing outliers nerf, pro bloodiness changes, GP nerf to top end barrels as well as regular balance changes.

Top lane will be the most impacted
They didn’t lie about the patch’s focus on pro-level gameplay. Heavy potion, rune nerfs will severely impact the sustain and dynamics in top lane and possibly usher in a whole new meta.
Objectives gaining increased HP, damage and rewards will discourage players from sneaking them with 1-2 players and likely require some major team fights to gain control of. We might see a lot more skirmishes happening in LoL in near future.
All in all, 12.14 seems to be the biggest meta shift and set of balance changes we’ve seen recently and will define this year’s World’s Championship
